The Festival International des Programs Audiovisuels (FIPA) in Biarritz welcomes eight Flemish productions this year. Jan Eelen's television series De Ronde and the documentaries L'île déserte and Twenty One + Seven will be shown in competition. Five other documentaries can be seen in two subsidiary categories. FIPA is in its 25th edition this year and will take place from January 23 to 29.
