The Chamber for Impartiality and Protection of Minors of the Flemish Regulator for the Media imposes a fine of 12,500 euros on youth channel JIM for the early and unencrypted broadcast of the film 'Ken Park' (July 3, 2011 - 8:30 PM). The decision is the result of a complaint from a viewer. The film features frequent sexual acts in which erogenous zones are shown in close-up for a long time. The scenes of violence shown in the film are also very penetrating and emphatically present.
