About twenty Internet Access Providers (IAP), such as Belgacom, Voo and Telenet, will receive a letter from the publishing company Sabam in the coming days, asking them to pay them 3.4 percent of the internet subscription price. Sabam believes that the IAPs must pay for making copyright-protected works available on the internet.
