Matthias Schoenaerts won the Heroes Award at the International Film Festival of Contemporary Cinema. The Belgian actor received this award for his role in 'Rundskop'. Schoenaerts' performance was received very positively by several international trade magazines. In addition to this film festival, Rundskop, the film by Michaël R. Roskam, was also selected as a Belgian entry for the Oscars. The film will also be released on DVD and Blu-ray this week.
