Flemish actress Bien de Moor has been named best actress at the film festival in the Georgian city of Batumi for her role in the Dutch-German film "Code Blue". De Moor previously played the leading role in "Elias", by Klaas Rusticus, and in "Happy Together", by Geoffrey Enthoven.
