Canadian actress Frances Bay has died at the age of 92. The Los Angeles Times reported this on Friday. She is best known for her role in the American TV series Seinfeld and as a grandmother in Adam Sandler's film 'Happy Gilmore'. Frances Bay was born in 1918 and did not become an actress until the 1970s, when she was already over 50.
