Together with producer Mariano Vanhoof and the entire film crew of Fobic Films, director Enthoven was impressed by 'film city Veurne'. 'It is really beautiful here. The city park is simply beautiful. Truly the perfect film location," Geoffrey Enthoven said at the time. Director Geoffrey Enthoven had chosen the Veurn city park to shoot a scene that takes place at the beginning of the film.
