Antwerp's Steen aan de Schelde screens 'César's Feather', a symbiosis of short film, animation and poetry in which city poet Peter Holvoet-Hanssen has a big finger in the pie. Well-known names contribute to the 'city film poem' (20 min) by Minske van Wijk and Oscar Spierenburg.
