After more than three years, CEO Ynon Kreiz has stepped down as chairman and director of the production company Endemol.
John De Mol built Endemol into a global player.
The international television producer announced this on Saturday. The board of directors has appointed Marco Bassetti and Just Spee to take over Kreiz's duties on a temporary basis.
