British filmmaker Ken Loach was born 75 years ago in Nuneaton, England. In the late 1960s he broke through as a film director with socially committed feature films such as "Poor Cow" and "Kes". Loach is described as one of the most important directors of independent cinema and the director is not thinking about stopping on his 75th birthday.
