"Blue Bird" by Belgian filmmaker Gust Van den Berghe was very warmly received at its first screening in Cannes. The film was shot in Togo, Africa. He tells the story of a seven or eight year old boy and his sister of the same age, who go looking for a blue bird and end up in a wonderful world full of fantasy and magic.
