The American remake of the Flemish blockbuster 'Loft' is well underway. Director Erik Van Looy confirmed this from Los Angeles. In doing so, he confirmed the messages sent to the world by the American trade magazine Variety on Radio 1.
Van Looy has now been staying in the American film capital for a full month where he is preparing the film adaptation. "The project is being put on track, but whether it will ultimately reach the station is not yet entirely certain," the Antwerp resident says cautiously.
