The Flemish Audiovisual Fund has allocated 12,500 euros to the screenplay 'Lee & Cindy C' by Stany Crets, who will also direct the film himself. Crets describes his film as "a romantic tragicomedy about rock, schlager passion, love and an unfortunate speech impediment".
