'Illégal' by Belgian director Olivier Masset-Depasse is one of the seven films that are in the running for this year's César for the best foreign film. In the nomination list for the "French Oscars" announced on Friday, the Algerian drama 'Des hommes et des Dieux' leads the pack with no fewer than eleven nominations.
