The presentation of the VAF Wildcards will take place on Saturday evening during the closing evening of the Leuven International Short Film Festival. New this year is that the documentary and fiction projects developed with a VAF Wildcard can count on additional support from Galaxy Studios and Mollywood. This year the VAF Wildcards go to Moon Blaisse and David Williamson (for fiction), Annabel Verbeke and the duo Olivia Rochette and Gerard-Jan Claes (for documentary) and Wouter Bongaerts who immediately becomes the very first winner in the animation category.
