On November 20 and 21, Europa Distribution, the international association of independent film publishers and distributors, held its 18th networking conference in Brussels. This was the first time the conference took place outside of a film festival or market, allowing for a more tailored and autonomous event. Nearly 90 professionals from the film industry and European institutions discussed the current market situation and challenges facing distributors. Panels and workshops were held, including a discussion on sustainable distribution models and reaching audiences for European films.
