The Rotterdam Film Festival features a strong Flemish presence with several co-productions. Sylvain Chomet's animated film "Marcel et Monsieur Pagnol," with Flemish co-producer Eric Goossens and the lead animation studio Walking the Dog, has been selected. Nanouk Leopold's "Whitetail," with Flemish co-producer Bart Van Langendonck, is also being screened. Furthermore, short films such as "This Is Your Captain Speaking" and "Tussen Broers" have been selected. Several projects received support from Flemish funds, including the VAF/Film Fund and Screen Flanders.
