The International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) has announced the lineups for the Tiger and Big Screen competitions of its 55th edition, which takes place from January 29 to February 8, 2026. Festival director Vanja Kaludjercic presented 12 films from each competition during a livestreamed press conference. The Tiger Competition stands out for its international diversity, including "Supporting Role" by Ana Urushadze from Georgia. The Big Screen Competition focuses on more commercially attractive films, such as "Butterfly" by Itonje Søimer Guttormsen. Jury members and opening and closing films have also been announced.
