Actor Géza Weisz responded on the HUMAN radio program "Wat Blijft" (What Remains) to the passing of his father, director Frans Weisz, who died on December 7 at the age of 87. Frans Weisz, born in 1938 to a Jewish family, made dozens of films and series during his career, which began in 1964. His last feature film was "Het leven is vurrukkulluk" (Life is Vurrukkulluk) from 2018, in which Géza played the lead role. Frans suffered from Alzheimer's disease for the last five years of his life.
