Medisch Centrum West, originally a popular TROS series broadcast between 1988 and 1994, is getting a third season. Wendy van Dijk returns as Marleen, chair of the board. The second season, featuring actors such as Susannah El Mecky, Beau Schneider, and Frans van Deursen, is currently airing on SBS6. According to Frans Klein, video director at Talpa Network, the series' current themes and humor attract 1.1 million viewers. Details about other returning actors will follow.
