Kat Steppe's film "Sunday the Ninth" won the Special Jury Prize for Best Editing after its world premiere at the Tallinn Film Festival. The award went to editor Jan Van Der Weken. The jury praised the film for its nonlinear narrative, which effectively conveys the protagonist's confusion. The film explores themes of violence, frustration, and old wounds, but also shows how the character builds a new life with strength, independence, and love.
