The Ostend Film Festival 2026, from January 30th to February 7th, features Ruth Becquart as its Master and opens with Kat Steppe's "Sunday the Ninth." This year's theme is "The Stories That Connect Us." Becquart aims to showcase films that foster empathy and connection, bringing people together beyond the cinema. The Ensors will take place in the COREtec Dôme and will be open to the public for the first time. The FFO will also highlight content creators with previews of their series.
