Terrence Malick's biblical epic "The Way of the Wind," originally filmed as "The Last Planet" in 2019, appears unlikely to be released. The film, starring Matthias Schoenaerts and Mark Rylance, has been stuck in the editing process for years. Director Malick has over 3,000 hours of footage and has been working on the edit since the pandemic. Despite Schoenaerts' recent voiceover work, The Telegraph warns that further delays could undermine the film's relevance.
