The European Film Academy has announced the nominees for the European Short Film - Prix Vimeo category at the 38th European Film Awards. The films competing for the award are "L'Avance" by Djiby Kebe, "Being John Smith" by John Smith, "City of Poets" by Sara Rajaei, "Man Number 4" by Miranda Pennell, and "The Flowers Stand Silently, Witnessing" by Theo Panagopoulos. The awards ceremony will take place on January 17 in Berlin during the 70th Seminci – Valladolid International Film Festival.
