The documentary "A Woman Like Monique," directed by Claire Pijman and co-written by Fabie Hulsebos, reflects on the life of actress Monique van de Ven. The film, which interweaves fiction and reality, shows Van de Ven reminiscing at her beach house. Monique van de Ven and Joes Brauers, who also stars in the film, received the Crystal Film Award along with Pijman at the Eye Film Museum in Amsterdam. This is the sixth Crystal Film award presented this year.
