Brothers Matthijs and Berend Jan Bockting, originally from Hummelo, Gelderland, have each forged their own paths in the film world. Matthijs is a screenwriter for series such as "Laura H." (2024), "Mocro Maffia – Tatta" (2023), and "All Stars & Zonen" (2020), while Berend Jan is a film journalist and critic for de Volkskrant. Despite their professional focus on film, in their private lives they talk more about football than films.
