The International Film Festival Rotterdam has announced nine world premieres for its 55th edition, which takes place from January 29 to February 8. The films are part of the Bright Future and Harbour programs. Among the directors are IFFR alumni such as Juja Dobrachkous with "Accept Our Sincere Apologies" and Gustavo Vinagre with "The Passion According to GHB." New filmmakers such as PR Monencillo Patindol and Nolitha Refilwe Mkulisi will also present their debut films. Festival director Vanja Kaludjercic emphasizes the diversity and unique character of the programming. The full program will be revealed on December 16.
