At the Cinekid MediaLab 2025, children can playfully experience time travel through various interactive installations and workshops. One of the highlights is the Time Capsule workshop by Waag Futurelab, which centers on a tin can. There's also the installation Embrace Angels by Karen Lancel and Hermen Maat, in which robotic arms learn to embrace. The interactive film Time Ripple, created by Eva Heijnen, Dionne Cats, and Keez Duyves, lets players travel through time through different centuries. Ancestors by Steye Hallema offers a unique cross-generational experience. There are also many other activities that approach time travel in a creative way.
