Digna Sinke, director and head of production company SNG Film, is stepping down from her board position at the Dutch Audiovisual Producers Alliance (NAPA) after nine years. Sinke, who received a retrospective at the Viennale in Vienna, began her career as a producer in 2001 after the death of her partner René Scholten. She took over his company Studio Nieuwe Gronden and completed two ongoing film projects. Sinke highlights the challenges and changes in the film industry, including financing issues and the impact of regulations on creativity.
