Several Flemish productions have been selected for the IDFA documentary festival. "De Sessies" by Sien Versteyhe, an intimate documentary about a student recovering from sexual violence, will have its world premiere. "Wishful Filming" by Sarah Vanagt, who investigates hidden messages in Brussels, and "Kabul, Between Prayers" by Aboozar Amini, about a Taliban soldier, have also been selected. Other notable works include "A Long Goodbye," a VR experience about dementia, and "Rashid, l'enfant de Sinjar," a documentary about a boy from Sinjar. These films were made possible in part by the VAF/Film Fund.
