The NPO is launching a new children's series, Fri Fri Suriname, which explores Suriname's independence in 1975. This three-part docudrama series, presented by Tirsa With and written by Glynis Terborg, combines archive footage with documentary and drama scenes. The series, which will air around the 50th anniversary of independence, launches on November 16th and airs weekly on NPO 3.
