The 44th Uppsala Short Film Festival, taking place from October 20-26, 2025, features a wide selection of Dutch short films. Among the competition films are "Happiness" by Firat Yücel and "Moustache" by Idriss Nsangou Nabil. Also screening is the Swedish-Dutch coproduction "Hökarängen City" by Katarina Holzmann Ekholm. Out-of-competition films such as "I Wan'na Be Like You" and "Wander to Wonder" will be screened. Retrospectives of Barbara Meter and Mattijn Seip will be presented by Eye Filmmuseum.
