Singer and voice actor Edward Reekers has died at the age of 68 after a short illness, according to his family, according to ANP. Reekers rose to fame as the lead singer of the symphonic rock band Kayak in the 1970s and enjoyed success with hits such as "Ruthless Queen" and the album "Phantom of the Night." He also released solo albums and collaborated with well-known artists. Reekers was also active as a voice actor and dubbing director, including the Dutch versions of the Harry Potter films.
