The second season of the AVROTROS thriller series "Het Gouden Uur" premieres on NPO Start on September 18th. Lead actor Nasrdin Dchar returns as detective Mardik Sardagh, who is wrongly imprisoned after a terrorist attack. This season, he becomes embroiled in a battle against an invisible enemy with power reaching the highest levels. While trying to prove his innocence, he and AIVD agent Joelle (Ellen Parren) discover a shocking truth that threatens all of Europe. Directed by Bobby Boermans and Lourens Blok, screenplay by Simon de Waal.
