During a special edition of the DDG Awards, Maarten Treurniet, former chairman and board member of the Dutch Directors Guild, said goodbye on Wednesday evening, June 25, 2025. His departure marks the end of years of intensive and passionate commitment to the interests of directors in the Netherlands. To permanently mark his departure, the DDG board introduced a new award: the Treurniet Trophy.
