This year, the Netherlands Film Fund is awarding the Film Fund Wildcards for the 18th time, with a budget of €53,000 for winners to start their own film project. Additional budgets for coaching and production are also available. Registration is open until 7 July 2025. A total of eight Wildcards will be awarded in various film categories. The winners will be announced during the Talent Day of the Netherlands Film Festival 2025. Separate registration is required for the student competitions of the festival.
