Screen Flanders is investing 2 million euros in seven new projects, including the series "Die Düsteren" and "Die Flut". "Die Düsteren", written by Jan Martin Scharf and Arne Nolting and directed by Lea Becker, will be shot mainly in Flanders with a Flemish crew. The series is a co-production between German and Belgian production companies and will be shown on ZDF and via VRT. "Die Flut", written and directed by Nikolaus Stein Von Kamienski, tells the story of a devastating flood in Germany and is co-produced by Belgian and German parties.
