NLWave25, a new initiative by the Netherlands Film Fund, SEE NL and Eye Filmmuseum, offers Dutch filmmakers the opportunity to present their projects to international sales professionals and festival programmers. The first edition will take place on 25 and 26 September 2025 in Utrecht, prior to the Netherlands Film Festival. Sandra den Hamer emphasises the rise of the Netherlands as a film country. The line-up, consisting of 35 projects, will be announced in August. A special pre-opening in Eye Filmmuseum is also planned.
