Wiep Teeuwisse's stop-motion musical "The Refusers" has won the Trickstar Nature Award at the Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film. This award, intended for the best short animated film about nature and the environment, includes a cash prize of €7,500. "The Refusers" tells the story of discarded waste that refuses to be labeled as garbage. The film is written and directed by Wiep Teeuwisse and produced by Tinsel Studio, with festival distribution by Miyu Distribution.
