The 44th Annecy Animation Film Festival presents 21 feature films in the Official and Contrechamp competitions from 8 to 14 June. Among the contenders for the Crystal Award 2025 are films such as "A Magnificent Life" by Sylvain Chomet and "Allah Is Not Obliged" by Zaven Najjar. The jury consists of Sepideh Farsi, György Ráduly and Pablo Picco. The festival also has an international Contrechamp competition with films such as "Balentes" by Giovanni Columbu. In addition, there are special screenings and a tribute to Hungarian animation.
