Michiel ten Horn, known for films such as De Ontmaagding van Eva van End and Aanmodderfakker, has added a new film to his repertoire with Fabula. This film, which opened at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, tells the story of Jos, a criminal from Limburg played by Fedja van Huet. Jos tries to fix a failed drug deal together with his brother and future son-in-law, which leads to an adventurous quest through Limburg. Fabula combines elements of magical realism and crime, and explores themes of personal redemption and the power of stories.
