Loek Dikker will receive this year's Oeuvre Award Music in Media at the Music in Media Awards (MIMA's) on April 16 in Amsterdam. He is being honored for his contribution to film music, jazz and music in media, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Dikker, a versatile composer and pianist, has worked with many well-known directors and has written influential music scores. He has also co-founded important cultural and musical initiatives, including the Bimhuis and the ECSA.
