During the 17th edition of Go Short, the Go Short Awards were presented in Nijmegen. The awards are a springboard for international film awards such as the Oscars. Winners include 'Where is My Sex Drive' by Nina Broers and 'Those Who Move' by Stephanie Ricci. 'Her Body' by Daphne Lucker won the Senior Jury award and 'Grandmamauntsistercat' by Zuza Banasińska became best Dutch film. 'Nos îles' by Aliha Thalien won as best newcomer. The audience award went to 'Between Delicate and Violent' by Şirin Bahar Demirel.
