In 2024, the Dutch TV and video market grew by 4.2% to €2.9 billion, driven by a 12% increase in OTT video to €1.2 billion. Subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) grew by 21% to reach over €1 billion in revenue, representing 36% of the total market. Basic TV remains the largest segment with almost 42% market share. Ziggo retained its market leadership despite a decline in revenue, while KPN grew through acquisitions. Netflix strengthened its position as the largest SVOD provider in the Netherlands.
