The Eye Filmmuseum honors the Feminist Film Collective Cinemien, founded in 1974, with a film program highlighting the first 25 years of the distributor. Cinemien played a crucial role in showing films by and about women in the Netherlands. The program includes almost twenty films, including classics such as "Daisies" and "Sweetie". It also looks back at the history of Cinemien and the feminist struggle in the film world. The event will take place from March 6 to 26, 2025 in Amsterdam.
