The Hague actor, comedian and writer Ferd Hugas passed away on Monday at the age of 87. His family confirmed this to the ANP press agency on Wednesday after a report on the website Het Schimmenrijk. Hugas is known for his roles in De Zevensprong, Q & Q and Willem van Oranje. In the film adaptation De Zevensprong based on the book by Tonke Dragt, he played the villain Count Grisenstijn. He also provided suspense in the youth series Q & Q as Axel Zaneck.
