On 28 January, the Madrid Audiovisual Cluster, in collaboration with CaixaBank and CREA SGR, organised an economic forum in Madrid, attended by around 160 professionals. The event focused on exploring long-term financing models and new investment methods for the audiovisual sector. Raúl Berdonés, president of the cluster, stressed the importance of collaboration within the sector to compete internationally. Discussions were held on private equity, public financing and innovative investment formulas, such as media equity financing. Since 2019, CREA SGR has provided more than 300 million euros in guarantees for audiovisual projects.
