Netflix unveils the first images of the new Dutch Original series "Amsterdam Empire" on YouTube. The series, starring Famke Janssen and Jacob Derwig, is written by Nico Moolenaar, Piet Matthys and Bart Uytdenhouwen and directed by Jonas Govaerts. "Amsterdam Empire" follows Jack van Doorn, owner of the coffee shop empire 'Jackal', who fights against criminals and the Dutch law. However, his greatest threat is his own wife Betty, played by Famke Janssen. The series will be released on Netflix later this year.
