Marten Rabarts, the new head of IFFR Pro, will discuss the Dutch focus at this year’s event, which will include a full day dedicated to the Dutch film sector. Rabarts, who has a 30-year career in major Dutch and international film organisations, emphasises the importance of IFFR Pro in promoting innovative world cinema. On 4 February, the event ‘Pulling Focus: NL 2025’ will take place, with discussions on Dutch film productions and co-productions, and the influence of AI on the film industry. New Dutch projects will also be presented, including Yim Brakel’s ‘Marseille’.
