The film "Idyllic" by director Aaron Rookus, will premiere during the Big Screen competition of the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) on January 30th. This humorous drama follows three generations of a Dutch family struggling with their lives and relationships. The cast consists of Hadewych Minis, Eelco Smits, Beppie Melissen and Nabil Mallat. Rookus, also a lecturer at the Utrecht University of the Arts, makes his debut in feature films with "Idyllic".
